Premium and Ultimate mailboxes require an additional small fee and are intended for the professional e-mail user or enthusiast. These plans have individual storage, that is not affected by the hosting plan, and does not contribute to the hosting plan’s cumulative storage.

Increasing account size
Premium and Ultimate accounts can be activated via My Zone contol panel.
After logging in with your user account, choose Web hosting, E-mail and Mailboxes. Click the pencil icon next to the email account that needs to be increased.
In the Storage package section of the opened window, click on the pencil icon again.
Select the appropriate package from the list and click Save. The resources corresponding to the package will be applied as soon as the changes are saved.From there you can already choose the most suiting package you want. Billing will start automatically.
