Transfer requires an authorization code. This code can be ordered from the current registrar of the domain (the company through which the domain is registered). Once the code is available, the transfer application can be submitted on our website.
If for whatever reason your current registrar doesn’t provide the code within 5 business days, then code can be requested directly from .EE domain registry – Estonian Internet Foundation. For detailed instructions on how to order a code via the Central Register Registrar portal, click HERE.
The transfer of a .EE domain is free. If the owner of the domain is changed during the transfer, then the fee is 1.67 euros + VAT.
