If you have not used the .lt registrant portal before, you must first activate your account at. https://registrant.domreg.lt/rngen?loc=en
When activating and logging in to the registrant portal, you will be asked for a “registrant ID” code, which you can request from your current registrar.
After logging in to the registrant portal, you can enable the transfer by ticking the box after your domain name in the My domains view and clicking initialize transfer. Please also select Zone Media OÜ from the drop-down list of registrars.
Once the above has been done, please fill in the transfer application form for the domain in question on our website and pay the invoice.
When filling in the application form, please make sure that the domain owner’s details match exactly with the information that appears for your domain in the Lithuanian domain registry. If the information in the application is different from the information in the registry, the transfer will fail.
If you wish to change the domain owner’s details or contact information during the transfer, you will need to allow the trade in the Lithuanian domain registry in advance, which you can read about here: https://help.zone.eu/en/kb/change-of-ownership-of-lt-domain/
Sequence of actions to move your .lt domain to us:
- ask your current registrar for your .lt domain “registrant ID”.
- log in to the Lithuanian domain registry and allow “transfer” for your domain there.
- fill in the application form on the Zone page and pay the invoice.
