If the domain name owner doesn’t want to use the domain or renew it’s registration, then owner can submit a signed application to delete the domain name. As the identity of the owner requires verification, then the application must be signed digitally or manually at our office by the authorized person.
Signed application will be sent to the central registry, which starts the 30-day domain name removal period. Afterwards domain is suspended and deletion shall take place within 24 hours at a random moment.
After the suspension domain is released and can be registered by anyone on a “first come, first served” basis. The most common way to give up a domain is not to renew the registration and let the registration expire.
