You can change the contact information in My Zone via Domain management. Choose the preferred domain and click on the pencil icon under “Domain contacts”.
Once you’ve changed the information, verification emails are sent to the current and new owner’s contact email address. Both parties must verify the change via the verification link!
If you do not tick the “I do not wish to transfer lock my domain for 60 days” box during the ownership change process, the domain will be locked (Transfer lock) for 60 days and cannot be transferred.
