Automatic e-invoice
E-invoicing is automatically applied to ZoneID accounts owned by:
- government agency, that has a note in the business register about accepting e-invoices
- organisation, that has ordered our e-invoice from the bank
Private person can order an e-invoice in their internet bank.
If e-invoicing is enabled on the ZoneID account, all invoices for this account will also be sent as e-invoices.
Ordering an e-invoice from the bank
In the case of an invoice issued to an organisation, order an e-invoice in the bank for the same organisation (registration numbers must match).
In the case of an invoice issued to a private person, the ZoneID account must first be linked to a Mobile-ID, Smart-ID or ID card. When ordering an e-invoice in the Internet bank, the personal code associated with the ZoneID account must match the one in the bank.
The ZoneID account can be linked to your Mobile ID, Smart ID or ID card in the My Zone under Settings
and Security
. Choose Associated identities
and Connect new external identity with account
.
