In order to transfer a domain from one registrar to another, you need to know the domain authorization code (EPP authorization code) in advance. You can obtain the required code from your current registrar. If the code is available, the application to transfer the domain can be submitted on our website.
A fee applies fro transferring a domain, and more detailed information can be found in the price list. The invoice is created during the order. The order is processed when the invoice has been paid and the amount has been received in the Zone system.
The order that has already been submitted and the invoice are displayed in the Orders option in Domains management. If you pay the invoice through our system using the payment link, the payment will be transferred to the system within 15 minutes. If you pay the bill with a regular bank transfer, the payment will be transferred to the system within a few working days. When paying by bank transfer, be sure to include the reference number and the domain name and invoice number in the payment details.
After we receive the payment for the transfer of the domain, the central registry sends a confirmation letter to the e-mail address of the domain contact, through which the transfer must be confirmed by the owner of the domain. If this is done, the domain will move from the current registrar to us (the confirmation must be done within 5 days, if it is not done within this time, the transfer request will expire).
