Loging in to My Zone

You can log in to My Zone using ZoneID username and password, ID-card, Mobile-ID (mID) service or Facebook. If account is associated with ID-card, Mobile-ID (mID) service or Facebook, then in the future there is no need to use a password.

Password is assigned by the client and can be later changed via control panel under “Account settings”. If the current password is lost, it can be changed by clicking “forgot password” under “My Zone”. ZoneID username and contact email address of the account must be entered, and link for password change will be sent to your ZoneID contact address.

NB! In order to log in using ID-card, Mobile-ID (mID) service or Facebook, ZoneID account must be first associated with (one of) those services. Account can only be associated with authentication services by the owner and this can be done only after logging in with username and password.
