Junkmail (SPAM)

We offer our customers an opportunity of using SpamAssassin – the software for filtering emails. The SpamAssassin email filter allows you to mark/tag messages with suspicious content for further processing. SpamAssassin adds a SPAM tag to the subject of the message, which is considered suspicious.  Based on this tag, you can configure the filter in your email client program, which will send/direct such messages to a separate folder.

ATTENTION! If you set 3 points (or less) in the spam-filter settings to mark messages as SPAM (hit level), then email will be very strictly checked by the filter.  We recommend setting level to 5 points when marking messages as SPAM and 8-10 points when deleting SPAM emails(kill level).

In order to configure the “spamfilter” on our website choose “My Zone” and log in using your ZoneID account information. On the service overview page under web-hosting service click on the shortcut “E-mail”. On the new page under ”E-MAIL” choose “Spamfilter“ and “Configure“.
